Reporting to: Head of Sales
Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to SMEs to generate appointments for our sales team.
- Engaging decision‑makers such as business owners, IT managers, and office managers.
- Booking qualified appointments and managing follow‑up pipelines.
- Logging activity and maintaining accurate records in our CRM.
- Consistently hitting daily and weekly call and booking targets.
