- Actively call potential customers from company-provided leads to introduce insurance products.
- Schedule appointments for financial consultants or agents.
- Promote insurance products, cross‑sell/upsell, and manage policy renewals.
- Answer inquiries, explain policy benefits, and maintain high customer‑experience standards.
- Record customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Minimum of 2 years of telemarketing / telesales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
