Job Description
As a Telemarketer (Insurance), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Perform telemarketing calls to leads provided by partners to promote and achieve sales targets for insurance products.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions accordingly.
- Convert partner-provided leads into successful sales through telemarketing activities.
- Ensure all call activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and aligned with quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in telemarketing/ tele-sales experience within the financial industry.
- BCP, PGI, HI Certification
