Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Telemarketing Specialist to generate qualified leads and book appointments in Dubai's fast-paced real estate market. You will be the first point of contact and a key driver of sales performance.

Salary

AED 3,500 - 5,000 + performance-based incentives

Responsibilities
  • High-volume outbound calling
  • Qualify leads and book agent appointments
  • Consistent follow-ups to maximize conversions
  • Accurate CRM updates
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets
Requirements
  • Proven telemarketing or telesales experience
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Target-driven, resilient, and disciplined
  • CRM and basic Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Fluent English. Additional languages are a plus
