Job Description
We are looking for a Telematics Engineer to provide continued support to our growing and established customer base within Poole and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Microlise product portfolio is fully integrated into customers’ assets.
- Conduct timely visits to customer sites to install, service and continue support of our product suite.
- Complete survey visits and identify suitable solutions.
- Perform QA visits on Microlise products and peripherals in customer assets.
- Manage inventory.
- Maintain the safety and upkeep of your vehicle and all provided tools and equipment.
- Communicate with customers at all levels.
- Support peers and contractor resources as required.
- Maintain concise, accurate and professional administration.
- Adhere to all internal processes and procedures.
- Report on statistical information when required.
