We are seeking a professional Telephone Operator / Receptionist in Marbella for a long-term position at a luxury villa.
We operate 24/7; flexibility and reliability are essential.
Responsibilities
- Handle calls from VIP guests
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries
- Communicate with clients via phone and messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
- Welcome and assist guests when required
- Provide polite, efficient, and discreet customer service
Requirements
- Fluent English speaking and writing
- Fluent Spanish speaking and writing
- Pleasant and professional voice
- Quick and efficient communication, both spoken and written
- Comfortable using messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
