You have to make their payment on call /Conveince them to do payment done on call .)Shift Time - 5:30 PM to 10 AM (Rotational night shift)Week Off - 5 days working 2 days week off (Rotational)6th day can be mandatory working as per business requirement - paid separately for itEducation - HSC minimumExperience - SSC /HSC fresher and Experience (BPO and non BPO) both can apply
