- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance sales performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain brand reputation with every interaction.
- Adhere to call quality standards, scripts, and compliance guidelines.
- Meet or exceed assigned KPIs, including call volume, conversions, and revenue targets.
