- Promote, Sell & Retain: Conduct outbound calls to promote, upsell, and retain loan products.
- Objection Handling: Effectively manage and overcome customer objections and resistance.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Lead Management: Maximize lead conversion within the assigned timeline.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding journey for customers.
- Minimum O-Level qualification.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle objections confidently.
- Sales-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Prior sales or telesales experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude with a good sense of initiative and a “can-do” approach.
