The Senior Design Specialist will be responsible for the operational management and modernization of our messaging technologies. With at least 7 years of experience in telecommunications, you will respond to incidents, implement automation for platform reliability, and coordinate with teams and vendors for optimal service performance. Your role will play a vital part in ensuring that Canadians rely on seamless communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage SMS, MMS, and voicemail platforms
• Engage in 24/7 on-call support and incident response
• Execute configuration changes during maintenance
• Support service investigations and user concerns
• Lead automation efforts for troubleshooting
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 7+ years of experience in telecommunications
