Job Description
Duties: Billing (backend)
- Responsible for the preparation of timely and accurate billing for all inpatients, and that all patient accounts are adequately covered with deposits / Medisave funds.
- To provide financial counseling to all patients (including upgrade and downgrade cases).
- Responsible for the handling of bill enquiries and payment collection from patients over the service counter.
- Assists patients and public visitors with the use of self-service devices at the e-Lobby whenever necessary.
Working hours: 5.5 days office hours
Requirements- Min A Level/ Dip in any field of study
- Able to start immediate till early/Mid Sep
