Job Scope
- Tactful handling of phone calls and call-in enquiries
- Handling of queries and requests from superiors and colleagues
- Faxing, filing, scanning and photocopying of documents
- Provision of administrative support to the department
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
- Minimum GCE A Levels / Diploma in any discipline
- Preferably with prior admin and customer service experiences
- On Job Training provided
- Able to start work upon short notice
- Able to commit for 3 months or 6 months and above
