Responsibilities
- Draft weekly announcements and regularly update the Staff Directory and tracking lists.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Handle invoice processing and raise purchase orders (POs).
- Provide administrative support such as sending invitations, managing registrations and attendance, booking rooms, arranging catering, and coordinating logistics.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Minimum Diploma holder
- IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Administrative experience will be an advantage
