Job Description

Temp Customer Service Associate (CSA) – Labs

We are hiring multiple Temp CSAs to support Labs

Salary: $2,100/month
Employment: Under agency payroll
Min Requirement: MIN NITEC and above
Experience: Customer service experience required (no healthcare experience needed)
Duration: 1 year contract
Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
Job Responsibilities
  • Handling patient registration and billing enquiries
  • Receiving and processing blood and stool samples
  • Printing and labelling barcodes for specimen tracking
  • Performing accurate data entry of patient information into systems
  • Ensuring smooth front-line customer service support in a clinical lab setting
