• Monitor the overall progress of Database collation.
• Compile and consolidate alumni information from multiple sources (e.g. internal databases, spreadsheets, etc)
• Clean and standardise data (e.g. names, personal email and programme) and de‑duplicate records to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Verify and update alumni records via email or other communication channels (Yearbook, LinkedIn)
• Track response rates and maintain proper documentation of follow‑ups
• Identify data gaps and systematically follow up to improve completeness
• Assist in designing and distributing data collection forms/surveys (e.g. Google Forms)
