Job Description
- Support project administration for leadership programmes and EES-related activities
Coordinate workshops, HOD Forums, and 360 feedback projects
Plan and manage event logistics, including venues, materials, and service providers
Assist with communications: eDMs, posters, and employee engagement campaigns
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, HRD subscriptions, and intranet operations
Requirements:
Singapore Citizen
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); web design skills a plus
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently under tight timelines with attention to detail
Experience with illustration/video tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut) preferred
Prior experience in systems or events management is a bonus
