Job Description

What the role is:

(Temp for 6+6 months) Executive (Strategy), PST

What you will be working on:
  • Provide support for key PST platforms including Senior Leadership Forum, CoG-PST visits and meetings involving PST Committees, including coordination with the Ministry Family’s organising team regrading scheduling, consolidation and curation of meeting material, execution of visit day logistics, etc.
  • Assist in the implementation and analysis of surveys related to PST.
  • Assist in drafting of regular reports on the state of PST across WOG.
  • Conduct benchmarking and desktop research relating to key PST indicators as required by the Strategy team.
  • Maintain and update resources on intranet portals related to PST.
  • Provide support for any additional relevant tasks that may arise from time to time.
