What the role is:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the team as a Guest Experience & Retail Assistant. As a Guest Experience & Retail Assistant, you play a crucial role in supporting the operations team by creating a fun and engaging experience for our visitors.
What you will be working on:- Provide frontline services including ticketing, admissions, and guest assistance
- Offer information and guidance on products, services, and exhibitions
- Support visitor interaction with exhibits and digital tools
- Assist with merchandise display, stock control, and inventory management
- Respond to guest enquiries and provide first‑level service recovery when needed
- Enforce safety rules and ensure guest’s safety at all times
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and health & safety standards in all areas
- Escalate incidents and assist in emergency response procedures
