Duties
  • Register and room all arrivals in accordance with Hotel standards, alsoto assist with guests’ luggage when required.
  • Perform personalized check-in, check-out and room change proceduresefficiently and promptly.
  • Ensure all guest reservations data are entered into the Hotel systemaccurately.
  • Attend to guests’ enquiries, requests and complaints in a timely andprofessional manner.
  • Initiate and maintain effective communication within the department andother departments.
