Days & Hours:
Approx 24-32 hours per week, flexible (SCHOOL HOLIDAYS ONLY)
- Weekdays : 8am - 4pm (family can be flexible with days and hours)

- Minimum of 2+ years SEN childcare experience
- Energetic, engaging, and proactive
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn alternative communication methods
- Calm, patient, and emotionally regulated
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Able to follow a neurodiversity-affirming approach that prioritises the child’s sensory needs, communication style, and autonomy.
