What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Min Diploma in a related discipline
- No work experience needed
- Assist in recruitment activities including raising job postings, scheduling, sourcing of resumes and phone screenings
- Assist in various employee engagement initiatives
- Assist conducting regular review on process and related templates, materials/documents
- Assist in the review and development of various HR policies and HR workflows
- Assist in HR data reporting
- Assist in operational HR inquiries
- Support and participate in HR initiative projects, not limited to:
- Onboarding programmes for new hires
- Setting up of HR Shared Services
- Maintaining electronic p-file system
- Building the employer branding
