Working Hours: 5.5 days/week, 8am-5pm (Mon-Fri), 8am-12pm (Sat)
Job Scope:
Frontline service as a representative
Register patients, schedule appointments and promote digital services
Assist patients with self-service kiosks
Manage patient flow and respond to enquiries
Job requirements:
Min. N/O/A/NITEC in any course
Job involves working 7am on certain days, ending earlier as well.
