Quickly interviewing viable candidates: Phone call/text from a 405 area code

Local Radius rule: 50 miles, 10% reduction to bill rate

  • NBO: 16 hrs
  • EMR: EPIC
  • OT/Vacation: 1.15x multiplier
  • Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
  • On Call: ***/hr
  • Charge/Precept: ***/hr

Billable OT:

  • 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
  • 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48

Unit Information:

ICU:

  • Beds: 5 ICU, 3 stepdown
  • 1:2, sometimes 1:3 depending on overflow
  • Patient types: vent, bipap, airvo, bariatric surgery, gen surgery
  • Drips: propofol, leveophed, diliazem, insulin, heparin
Med Surg Unit:
  • Bed size: 23
  • N:P ratio: 1:5
  • Patient Types: bariatric surgery, ortho, general med surg
  • Drips: heparin
