Quickly conducting clinician interviews: Phone call/text from a 405 area code
Radius rule: min. 50 miles, no locals
Employee Separation Policy: Any past employee of UPH whether FTE, or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another Market no matter which facility they currently work at, or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply
VACATION update: unless the Unit is close, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
- NBO: 16 hrs
- EMR: EPIC
- OT/Vacation: 1.15x multiplier
- Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
- On Call: ***/hr
