Job Description
Within this role, you will report to the Payroll Manager. The Payroll Analyst will support the wider team in the completion of all payroll tasks.
This is a 12 month temporary contract.
A typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:
- Reviewing and inputting all administrative payroll data changes to records for processing of our bi‑weekly and monthly payroll and maintain records
- Working with other departments such as Comp & Bens and HRPBs to ensure payroll data is correct and processed accordingly
- Reconciling each payroll, reviewing all entries and forwarding for approval
- Ensuring accuracy in all tax information, reconciliations and payments
- Undertaking Time & Labour processing and administration of time cards
- Managing the internal inbox with responsibility for responding to employees queries
- Assisting with audit queries related to payroll
