- Imaging Procedures: Positioning patients and equipment to capture high-quality images, including X-rays, mammograms, or CT scans.
- Safety and Protection: Applying, monitoring, and maintaining radiation safety regulations and shielding to minimize exposure.
- Image Evaluation: Reviewing images for technical quality and accuracy.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed, accurate patient records and images in systems.
- Collaboration: Working with radiologists and physicians to determine necessary imaging procedures.
