Job Description
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Director's Office. Manage diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes. Draft, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain accurate filing systems and document management processes. Coordinate travel arrangements and logistical requirements where necessary. Receive, screen, and direct telephone calls, emails, and other communications. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner. Track action items and follow up on deliverables and deadlines. Assist with the preparation of reports, submissions, and management documents. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information. Perform general office administration duties as required.
