Job Location: Office, Six apartment buildings, Group Home
Responsibilities
- Regular cleaning tasks for both the interior and exterior of the buildings
- Small repair tasks
- Checking building security systems as needed
- Assist tenants as need arises
- Maintaining orderly and safe maintenance storage areas
- Organizing for and effectively communicating with private contractors if requested
- Report and deal with any safety issues
- Respond to building emergency calls such as heating problems, and water leaks as needed
