Temporary First Nation, Metis, & Inuit (FNMI) Graduation Coach
Location: Beaver Brae Intermediate School
Hours of Work: Full Time (1.0 FTE) at 35 hours per week
Rate of Pay: $40.39 per hour
Union Affiliation: Non-Union, Casual
Start Date: August 31, 2026 to January 20, 2028 or return of incumbent
Position Summary
Under the direction of Principal, the FNMI Graduation Coach provides intensive support to Indigenous learners and their families with the goal of seeing each learner through to graduation toward their own chosen pathways. This position acts as a mentor and advisor to each learner and advocates for them with teachers, school staff, families, and communities.
