Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable IT Support Specialist to join a fast-moving environment on an immediate contract basis. This role combines hands-on technical support, workplace technology enablement, and operational support during a critical office transition period. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly independent, and comfortable working across helpdesk support, systems administration tasks, and light project ownership. In addition to strong core IT fundamentals, this role requires practical, hands-on AI fluency—using modern tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot to streamline support, documentation, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
Location: On-site (5 days/week)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Type: Contract (4 months)
Start: ASAP
Pay: $30/$35/hr
