Job Scope
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding administration.
- Screen resumes and assist in scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Liaise with clients, companies on staffing needs and requirements
- Talk to different people from all walks of life
- Learn how to conduct interviews to screen and assess candidates
- Training is provided
- Minimum diploma or degree in any field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
