- Maintain and update departmental records, project trackers, and client databases to ensure easy access to historical data.
- Conduct thorough market research by gathering and organizing relevant information on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging project opportunities in Singapore.
- Analyze data related to labor, material costs, and government land sales (GLS) to support strategic decision‑making.
- Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with key clients, consultants, joint venture partners, and other stakeholders to foster long‑term business growth.
