What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Tender Support & Administration : support the end-to-end tender process for all commercial tender submissions; consolidate inputs from cross‑functional departments verified by BD Managers; prepare, organize, format, and finalize tender documents and submission packages, ensuring completeness and professional presentation; maintain the tender checklist, submission deadlines, and tender status to provide visibility across teams; ensure standard templates, corporate branding, and approved documentation are updated and consistently applied; maintain tender archives and ensure traceability of submitted proposals; regularly update all tender‑required and commonly used data, including standard documents, templates, certificates, licences, corporate information, and reference materials. ...
