The Tender Manager is responsible for managing all contractual, commercial, and financial aspects during the tender stage of construction projects. The role ensures that tender submissions are commercially sound, contractually compliant, and aligned with the company’s risk management strategy and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end tender process for construction projects.
- Lead internal tender review meetings and management approvals.
- Advise management on pricing level, risk allocation, and competitiveness.
- Conduct tender kick-off meetings and assign responsibilities to team members.
