Reporting to the Director of Tenders, the Tender Specialist receives submission requests and prepares offers for North American clients.

**Main Responsibilities:**
+ Receive submission requests from clients and prepare the file.
+ Prepare the submission in collaboration with the engineering and procurement teams.
+ Receive client orders and execute the transfer to the project management team.
+ Communicate the progress of offers to the client on a regular basis.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 3 years of experience in customer service.
+ 3 years of experience in submission preparation.
+ Experience in an industrial environment.
+ Proficiency in an ERP (preferably SAP).
+ Bilingual in French/English. *
