As an Assistant or Associate Professor, you will engage with core management topics such as entrepreneurship and sustainability, while emphasizing the importance of equity and diversity in education. Your role will include developing robust research initiatives, mentoring students, and enhancing curriculum through local community partnerships. Aligning your research with the United Nations Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) is preferred.
