Job Description
Applications are invited for appointment as Tenure-Track Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor (several posts) in the Department of Ophthalmology (Ref.: 536264), to commence as soon as possible, on a three-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and consideration for tenure before the expiry of a second three-year fixed-term contract.
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Medical Image Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Health Sciences, or related disciplines. He/ She should demonstrate a proven track record of impactful research, publications, external grant and leadership, a strong commitment to engaging students in inquiry-based learning at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, as well as a strong track record in translational AI research, particularly in the following areas: (i) development of AI-enabled ophthalmic imaging devices with regulatory approval and clinical deploym...
