Responsibilities
- Provide clinical teaching in adult medical/surgical nursing courses, including lab and theory teaching as needed.
- Supervise and mentor students in clinical or lab environments.
- Apply and evaluate effective teaching strategies.
- Encourage and foster an environment of inquiry, valuing evidence‑informed practice.
- Engage as a member of a faculty team in the development and implementation of course‑related or curricular initiatives.
- Participate in Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) and/or applied research activities.
