Job Description
Terminal Operations & Performance
Lead overall container terminal operations, including vessel operations, yard planning, gate operations, and equipment deployment.
Ensure achievement of KPIs such as berth productivity, crane productivity, vessel turnaround time, yard utilization, truck turnaround time, and safety metrics.
Optimize operational planning to handle peak volumes, congestion, and disruptions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Safety, Health, Environment & Safety (HSE)
Establish and enforce a strong safety-first culture across terminal operations.
Ensure compliance with ISPS Code, port safety regulations, environmental norms, and internal SHE standards.
Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective and preventive actions.
Drive environmental sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency and emissions reduction.
