Job Description
Terminal Operations & Performance
- Lead overall container terminal operations, including vessel operations, yard planning, gate operations, and equipment deployment.
- Ensure achievement of KPIs such as berth productivity, crane productivity, vessel turnaround time, yard utilization, truck turnaround time, and safety metrics.
- Optimize operational planning to handle peak volumes, congestion, and disruptions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Safety, Health, Environment & Safety (HSE)
- Establish and enforce a strong safety-first culture across terminal operations.
- Ensure compliance with ISPS Code, port safety regulations, environmental norms, and internal SHE standards.
