Job Responsibilities:
- Gather and Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns and areas of improvement
- Use tools like Excel and data visualization to present findings
- Assess current workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to track operational metrics
- Document procedures, policies, and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Work closely with departments such as shore operation, TS-LBE, finance, sales, IT to align operations with business goals
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to implement changes effectively
