Recovery Manager / Territory Recovery Manager
Experience: 8–12 Years | Qualification: Graduate
Role Summary:
Responsible for managing recovery operations, NPA accounts, and field collection activities across the territory. Drive GL and SBAL recoveries, coordinate with internal stakeholders, monitor recovery performance, prepare MIS reports, and implement effective recovery strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Recovery, Collections, and NPA Management
- Strong borrower negotiation and field recovery skills
- Knowledge of banking operations and credit policies
- Proficiency in MIS reporting and data analysis
- Team management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
