The **Pioneer Territory Manager** leads and guides a defined group of independent Pioneer Sales Agencies within a designated territory. The role is accountable for driving sustained sales growth, strengthening market position and delivering a differentiated customer experience for the Pioneer seed brand. This position builds long‑term value through strategic planning, sales leadership, agency development and strong customer and agency relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Sales Leadership**
+ Develop and execute a five‑year growth plan for the assigned territory, including annual targets and supporting tactics.
+ Recruit, select, develop and retain high‑performing Pioneer Sales Agencies to deliver consistent customer value and market share growth.
