The ALDI Territory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned ALDI retail associates and locations, ensuring consistent delivery of excellent customer experiences and adherence to Salmon’s operational standards. This role plays a key part in driving sales performance, ensuring store efficiency with low risk, and supporting the ALDI Sales Lead in achieving overall business goals. As an on-the-ground leader, the ALDI Territory Supervisor ensures that every Retail Associate is motivated, aligned, and equipped to deliver top-tier service.
