Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned shops, premises, apartments, commercial areas, residential clusters, and associations daily.
- Generate leads for IAS Subscription / alarm monitoring solutions.
- Explain Ezone's IAS service, CMS monitoring process, and basic security solution benefits to customers.
- Carry and use demo material / demo kit as required.
- Identify decision makers such as shop owners, business owners, association members, builders, admins, and facility contacts.
- Support association and cluster-based selling in apartments, gated communities, market lanes, and commercial groups.
- Follow up with interested customers and move leads toward demo, proposal, agreement, installation, and activation.
- Log every visit, lead, follow-up, and customer update in CRM on the same day.
- Coordinate with CRM, Team Leader, and installation team for clean customer handover.
