Job Description
Support product launches and system enhancements by conducting testing, identifying issues, and ensuring smooth implementation between business and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new products and system enhancements
- Prepare test data, execute test scenarios, and track testing progress
- Identify, log, and follow up on defects or system issues
- Coordinate with business and IT teams to resolve testing issues
- Ensure testing activities are completed within project timelines
- Maintain proper documentation and testing records
- Support system configuration and implementation activities
- Provide post-implementation support and assist with training materials
