Test & Burn-in Department Supervisor
Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 per year
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Full-Time)
Position Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Test & Burn-in Department Supervisor to oversee all testing operations for our high-performance electronics and lighting products. In this role, you will manage the electronics testing department and the specialized Burn-in Room to ensure all assemblies, sub-systems, and finished products meet stringent quality and performance standards before reaching our customers.
As a leader, you will guide a team of technicians, manage daily workflows, maintain calibration compliance, and drive continuous improvement to keep our testing processes efficient and reliable.
