Job TitleTest Engineer - Lenovo Data Center GroupGeneral DescriptionWe are looking for Test engineer with a background in functional testing for a position in Lenovo's ISG Product Assurance team.The role will require experience with new feature validation on servers, options, enterprise software and server OS's.Testing will include error injection, using test scripts and automation, data capture, and assisting with debug efforts.This role will be responsible for execution test plans and test cases indented to ensure quality delivery of new Lenovo ThinkSystem servers and FW functions.Job ResponsibilitiesExecution of test plans on Lenovo serversDefect documentation / discoveryServer configuration and installationNetwork / SAN setupIdentify automation opportunities and drive automation development activitiesWorking with development on defect debug effortsSkills / QualificationsStrong English is requiredExperience in any of the following:Working knowledge of server OS's (RedHat, SuSE, W...
