Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Oversee the organization, upkeep, and functionality of facilities, infrastructure, and supporting systems. Support the maintenance, servicing, and repair of building infrastructure, including monitoring the completion of maintenance activities and minor repair projects. Assist management in ensuring that all facility assets, equipment, and infrastructure remain operational, compliant, and readily available. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for laboratory and scientific operations. Monitor and maintain critical facility systems, including temperature, humidity, and pressure control systems. Ensure the reliable operation of utility services, including water, gas, and electrical systems. Manage and maintain environmental monitoring systems to ensure continuous compliance and performance.
