DEPT Americas TSR: Test Lead – Automation (G5)
Role: Senior QA
Must Have
- At least 5+ years of working and hands on experience with Cypress and TypeScript
- At least 10+ years of IT experience in Testing
- Should have worked with US based customers in past
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of test strategies and plans
- Mentor and guide mid-level and junior QA engineers
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Cypress (heavy, proficient user), Jmeter, and Postman
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
